Refund policy

 Craftsmanship Promise:
Every Slyce Graziano piece is made to order, finished by skilled hands, and inspected before it's packed. We stand behind every piece that carries our name — so if your order arrives and something isn't right, we'll make it right.


We'll replace or refund any order affected by:


- Printing or manufacturing defects — ink smudges, alignment issues, garment flaws, frame imperfections
- The wrong artwork printed on your item — if what arrived doesn't match what you ordered
- Damage that occurred in transit — packaging tears, canvas warping, print surface tears, anything that didn't survive the journey


Please reach out to slyce@slycegraziano.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll handle the rest — within 1-2 business days. You won't be asked to ship anything back; we just need the photo for our records and our studio partners.

Returns for Other Reasons: 
We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, alternate size preferences, or different color or format selections after the fact.

We know that's a different rhythm than fast-fashion returns, and we take it seriously. We've designed every listing to help you choose with confidence: detailed size charts on apparel, high-resolution previews on wall art, and a quick response time on any pre-purchase question. If something gives you pause before checkout, write us — we'd genuinely rather help you choose the right piece than send the wrong one.

Cancellation & Other Changes:
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please reach out to slyce@slycegraziano.shop within 12 hours of purchase. We'll do our best to catch your order before production begins.

Once our studio partners have started crafting your piece — sometimes within just a few hours — we may not be able to stop or change the order. We'll always tell you straight where things stand, and if a cancellation isn't possible we'll work with you on the best path forward.
