Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Our products are made to order. Each piece is produced individually through our print and fulfillment partners after you place your order. Because production begins shortly after purchase, order changes and cancellations are subject to the timing described in our Refund Policy.
Colors and finishes displayed on the site are shown as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color, texture, or detail will be exact. Slight variations inherent to the printing process do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our fulfillment partners may begin production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change can be made. Details are described in our Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partners. If your order contains items produced by more than one partner — or items produced in more than one facility — they may arrive in separate packages, at different times, and with separate tracking. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
