Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Every Slyce Graziano piece is made to order. Once you place your order, it's produced individually by our print partners before it ships. This means there's a short production window before your item is on its way — it isn't pulled from a shelf and boxed the same day.
Processing Time
Most orders enter production within 12 hours of purchase and take approximately 2–5 business days to produce, depending on the item. Wall art and larger pieces may sit at the longer end of that range; smaller items like stickers are typically quicker. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production
- International (where available): approximately 6–15 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Orders That Ship in Multiple Packages
Because your order may include items made by different print partners — or items produced in different facilities — it's normal for a single order to arrive in more than one package, at different times, with separate tracking numbers. If part of your order arrives before the rest, the remaining items are almost certainly still on their way.
You won't be charged extra for this. Any per-shipment costs are part of how your order is fulfilled behind the scenes and are already reflected in the shipping total you saw at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, and are shown to you before you pay. US shipping is free.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves production.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our items are made to order, we're not able to reroute a package once it's in production or in transit. If an order is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to replace it at no cost. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to catch it before production begins.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out to us — we'll make it right. Items damaged in transit are covered under our Refund Policy; please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are set by your country and are your responsibility. We have no control over them and cannot predict or reimburse them.
